Py-ôn-i Designs Company Policy

Since its establishment in 2000, Py-ôn-i Designs has been a providing personalized printing services, wedding favors and accessories. We are pleased to be a recognized company in the Barbados wedding market, and appreciate the opportunity to provide our services for your special occasion.

To make your ordering process a smooth one, we take this time to inform you of our company policy, and the requirements for ordering your wedding stationery and supplies:

Please Note: By placing your order, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms listed below.

Production Time

1. Several of our products are already in stock and available for immediate sale.

2. Orders for Personalized Ribbons, Cake Boxes, Bags, Napkins etc. are completed in 3-4 business days. During peak wedding periods, please allow additional time for production. When ordering, provide the latest date your order is needed in hand.

3. Personalized Wedding Invitations, Stationery and Assembled Favors can take 1-2 weeks for completion. This will vary according to the quantity and detail of your order, as well as product availability.

4. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all Imported Orders.

You will be contacted by telephone when your order is completed. Please provide a contact number where you can be reached during our business hours - 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Minimum Order Requirements

There is a minimum order requirement of 25 for all Wedding Stationery and Assembled Favors. After this initial amount, you may purchase in units. The minimum order quantity also applies to reorders for wedding invitations and enclosures.

Personalized Items: Ribbons, Cake Boxes, Bags and Notepads have a minimum order of 25. Any amount may be added to your purchase after the first 25.

Due to package content, Personalized Napkins must be purchased in multiples of 50.

With the exception of favor containers, items which are factory packaged will be sold in their original quantity.

Payment Terms

A minimum deposit of 60% is required on all locally produced stationery: Invitations, Hymn Sheets, Bookmarks, Thank You Cards etc. The Balance must be paid on the date of collection.

Full Pre-Payment is required for all Imported / Exported Products, Personalized Items and Favor Assembly, e.g. Cake Boxes, Ribbons, Napkins etc.

Note: Orders Will Be Processed Only When The Required Deposit Has Been Received.

Ordering

Wedding Invitations & Enclosures: These should be ordered at least 4 months before your wedding date. After we receive your invitation order, you will be provided with one (1) free sample of your stationery ensemble. Please proof read your item carefully. Once your order is placed, you agree that you have proofed your design, verified your invitations details and authorize printing.

Wedding Programs / Hymn Sheets: Details should be submitted at least 2 months before but no later than (1) month before your wedding date. The complete list of your Bridal Party should be included as well as the Order of Ceremony and Order of Reception if there is one. We recommend that you consult with your Officiating Minister for the order of ceremony details.

Favor Supplies: Wedding favor supplies are normally kept in stock and once available may be purchased at your convenience. If you wish, you may call ahead with your order for favor supplies so we can have it ready for collection.

Customers who wish to have their wedding favors assembled should order 1-2 months in advance.

Samples

Merchandise is portrayed as accurately as possible on our website. Actual sizes, colors and imprint may vary slightly. Wherever possible, please refer to product sizes or dimensions as a guide.

In addition to seeing items online, several of the wedding favors and personalized items we provide are on display at our office for customers to view before making the final purchase.

We Do Not Provide Individual Samples For Personalized Items, i.e. Ribbons, Napkins, Cake Boxes etc. Examples from previous orders are available for viewing.

Shortages / Back Orders

We take great care to ensure that you receive the quantity of any product that you have ordered. If a product is in short supply or out of stock, we will put the item on backorder, providing there is sufficient time to import it. If time does not permit, we would recommend that you choose an alternate item.

Back Ordered items will take about 2-3 weeks to be received.

Exchanges or Refunds

Py-ôn-i Designs proudly stands behind everything we sell. We assure best quality products for your special occasion.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to arrange a return and exchange or refund.

The items must be returned in the original condition and packaging along with the sales receipt.

EXCEPTIONS:

1. Personalized Items are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

2. For hygienic reasons, ALL Food Products are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

3. There is no refund on Special Order Items.

Currency Conversions and Credit Card Payments

Prices are shown on our website in Barbados and United States Dollars at a rate of $2 BBD to $1 USD. Currency conversions may vary per country. When paying by credit card, your order total will be in Barbados Dollars.

International Customers: For security reasons, we require that your Billing Address and Shipping Address be the same. On receiving your online order, we will email your order confirmation with an authorization form. Please complete the form which indicates that you have authorized Py-ôn-i Designs to charge your credit card for the order. The form may be returned via email or submitted via fax (on demand) to 1-246-429-6996

Printing Errors

To avoid errors in printing, we do not accept telephone orders for Invitations, Programs or Personalized Items.

When listing names of individuals taking part in your wedding, please ensure that you have provided the correct spelling.

If there is a Printing error on our end, the order will be reprinted at no additional charge and delivered to you as soon as possible.

We Do Not Accept Responsibility For Errors Where The Incorrect Information Was Provided by the Customer, Please verify that the details printed on any stationery sample are correct before approving for final printing.
