Before Ordering, Please Read Our Company Policy

Orders may be submitted by any of the following methods:

Production Time:

1. This depends on the quantity and detail of your order, and could range from 2 days up to 3 weeks. When ordering, Please provide the latest date your order is needed in hand.

2. For imported items, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. Rush shipping via FedEx International Priority is available at an additional charge.

Payment Terms:

1. A minimum deposit of 60% is required on all custom printed stationery. The balance must be paid on the day of collection.

2. Full Pre-Payment is required for all personalized items and imported/exported products.

ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED UNTIL THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT IS MADE.

International Orders:

1. Customers outside of Barbados may submit orders via the online order form or by email. International Orders must be Prepaid in Full. We will accept your MasterCard or Visa Card.

2. Airmail Parcel Post is our standard means of shipping. At your request, Express Mail Service or FedEx Priority shipping is also available. The freight and handling charge will be included in your order confirmation.

For security reasons, we require that your Billing Address and Shipping Address be the same. On receiving your online order, we will email your order confirmation with an authorization form. Please complete the form which indicates that you have authorized Py-ôn-i Designs to charge your credit card for the order. The form may be returned via email or submitted via fax to 1-246-429-6996.
